Career path
A graduate of IESEG School of Management, where he completed the Grande École Program before specializing in the Master’s in Entrepreneurship, Timothé LACLEF has developed solid expertise in management, business strategy, and entrepreneurial development. During his studies, he enriched his background with international experience through a university exchange program in Japan, which allowed him to gain a global perspective.
Alongside his studies, he gained extensive professional experience in France and abroad (United States, Romania) in the fields of marketing, business development, and business management.
In 2024, he helped establish Inibar’s marketing department and took charge of its development. In this role, he contributed to defining the marketing strategy, rebranding the company, and implementing communication and business development initiatives.
Recognized for his cross-functional perspective on the company and his ability to lead strategic projects, he continued his career at Inibar by assuming the role of Chief of Staff. In this role, he supports senior management in steering strategic projects, developing new business lines, improving internal processes, and driving the company’s transformation.
