With 10 years' experience in the social field, followed by 10 years in IT support, Kamal ADJAOUI has acquired the ability to convey unique customer experiences through coordination, briefings, steering committee and training workshops. Excellence in customer service enabled him to focus on project management, experience sharing and application production within the IT department at Mc Donald's France. Since joining Inibar Services at the end of 2019, Kamal ADJAOUI has used his skills to lead the QSR branch for 2 years, overseeing several deployments. Since February 2024, as Operations Director, he has been responsible for coordinating the Support, Dispatch, On-site Interventions, Products and Projects divisions, as well as operational resources.
